Katie comes from the real estate industry, where she has been a trusted agent in coastal Orange County since 2014. With over a decade of experience helping clients buy and sell homes, she has seen it all—from original fixers and dated properties to brand-new builds.
What stood out most were the flips that looked good at first glance but lacked true quality and thoughtful design. Wanting to raise the standard, Katie began investing in and transforming homes herself, creating spaces she could genuinely be proud of.
